About KVRM Engineering Services
KVRM Engineering Services is a specialist engineering design and consultancy firm headquartered in New Delhi, with offices in Navi Mumbai and Faridabad. We provide MEP system design, piping stress analysis (Caesar II), hydraulic and surge analysis (AFT Fathom, AFT Impulse, PIPENET, WaterGems), process simulation (Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus), static equipment design (HTRI heat exchangers, PVElite pressure vessels, API 650 storage tanks), power plant cycle analysis (Thermoflow GT PRO, STEAM PRO), fire protection engineering, energy management, and project management consultancy (PMC) — to clients across India and internationally.
Over two decades, KVRM has built a reputation for technically rigorous, simulation-driven engineering — delivering code-compliant designs for data centres, Gigafactories, hospitals, oil and gas facilities, refinery and petrochemical plants, pharmaceutical facilities, power generation projects, and commercial buildings. We are not a generalist consultancy. Every discipline we offer is backed by the industry-standard software for that discipline — and every deliverable is fully documented.
Based in New Delhi, Navi Mumbai, and Faridabad — serving clients across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, and internationally.
- Validated through calculation and simulation — never assumed to be correct
- Checked against ASME, API, TEMA, NFPA, NBC 2016, TIA-942, ISO 14644, IEC, and client standards
- Optimised for lifecycle performance, energy efficiency, and construction cost
- Engineered for operational safety and long-term reliability
- Delivered with complete documentation — calculation reports, model files, drawings, every project

Commitment, Vision & Mission
How We Work
Five disciplined steps — from scope understanding to full documentation delivery. The same process applies whether the project is a data centre, a Gigafactory, an oil and gas plant, or a hospital.
Project scope, constraints, applicable codes, and site conditions — Gigafactory dry room at −40°C dew point, data centre Tier III, hospital OT, oil & gas process simulation, or refinery piping stress analysis.
Caesar II for piping stress, AFT Fathom or PIPENET for hydraulic networks, Aspen HYSYS or Aspen Plus for process simulation, HTRI for heat exchangers, REVIT for MEP, ETAP for electrical — real behaviour modelled before equipment is specified.
Every design checked against the applicable code. ASME B31.3 for process piping. ASME Section VIII for pressure vessels. API 650 for storage tanks. NFPA 855 for battery fire protection. TIA-942 for data centres. No assumptions.
PUE reduction in data centres, dry room energy recovery in Gigafactories, process debottlenecking for refineries, pipe routing changes that reduce stress loads, MEP layouts that eliminate coordination clashes.
Full documentation packages: calculation reports, simulation model files, drawings, specifications, design basis, IBR statutory documentation, and statutory submission packages — every discipline, every project.
